Well, my sister is officially graduated now. Come August she is moving to L.A. to attend biola. I"m not going to lie, its really sad. I'm having a hard time letting her go. The hard part is that i'm going to be gone for a month and half of the time that she is going to still be here! I cried at her graduation...
On a lighter note, there are only two weeks left until Sportsworld!! I'm basically ecstatic. I'm so excited about coaching! It's just so much fun to pour into all those little kids and every year i turn into a little mother hen with my 12 or so kids that i am responsible for. =P It's great. This morning i had a really awesome quiet time over the Heart of a Servant in preparation. I looked at Isaiah 49:1-6. You should definitely check it out!
Anyways, That is about all that is happening in my life right now, just thought i would update even though no one reads this. : )

Birthday!
Well today was my birthday...And it started out quite poorly. Its a long story but let it suffice to say that school sucked hard core. Taerim gave me a birthday gift though, and it made me really happy!
When i got home and started hanging out with my family it got much better! My mom gave me a really beautiful ring! Then my favorite part was going to quiznos to eat my cake lol. My mom packed up all the birthday stuff and we went to quiznos because my sister had to work. When we were there i got to share my cake with everyone working and my mom offerend everyone there some cake and candy. It really was kinda cool feeling...
Anyways it was a good birthday even though it started poorly, and i'm so thankful for my family and my home, and that i have the opportunity to share everything i have with others. I just wish my dad would have called me...

Nothing New.
Hey all!
sorry i haven't posted in a while, not a lot has been happening lately.
Saturday i have student council district convention. I'm not really looking forward to it, but oh well! I'll be helping Russell present then, and then Lucy and i are presenting at state I think.
Other than that, there really isn't anything new, nothing interesting happened today..

The phythagorean therom is a lie! Or rather, only part of the story!! The real equation is
c^2 = a^2 + b^2 - 2abCos(C)
c^2 = a^2 + b^2 - 2abCos(C)
The only reason it works as c^2 = a^2 + b^2 with right triangles is because Cos(90)=0!!!
This equation works for all triangles and that pretty much blows my mind!!

Shoeless Me
So today was good. And not just good because bad things didn't happen. It was good because good things happened.
I went into Student Council and just asked hughes if she needed help (which was convenient because the people who were supposed to show up and give interviews never showed), so her davis and thaggard kinda went off about how i was a great student, which was really...uplifting. I interviewed miss Carissa, so that was cool too...
Then...*cough* Nate, my wonderful friend stole my shoe in physics, just before the fire alarm went off. Since it wasn't a drill Sanchez was in a hurry to get me out of the building and i had to leave with only one shoe...I later found out that it was nate and Heejun that stole it, but only after i walked all over shoeless and stood outside with my circulation problem waiting for the firemen to find out that a student had pulled the alarm...Actually, it was pretty funny.
So yes...Then i had a conversation with a janitor (IN SPANISH) while i was waiting for my mom, it was kinda creepy, but kinda cool too.
And that leads me to now. hope that wasn't too long!

80 aint bad
Allright, so today was pretty stinking cool!
Only because i found out i got an 80 on my UIL test, which, while it still is not great, is better than i usually do. There were only three people on my team that beat me and of course i can't blame those three people (Taerim, Shomak, and Andy- my boys!) . Anyways, it was exciting because i beat a select few people that i really wanted to, and a few asian Peters.
Anyways thats about it...
Spanish word: cacahuate, which means peanut, ask me to pronounce it sometime

My first real post. Exciting!
Hey! I'm going to start using this blog now!
There are two things I am going to do with every post: spanish word of the post, and the song stuck in my head.
Spanish word of the day:
Baile Flamenco. This is a spanish dance, and it is pretty basically beautiful!
The Song Stuck in my head:
Lake of fire, by Nirvana.

Yeah, pretty much.
So anyways, that's that.
Today i had the math UIL meet (yes, I am a mathlete and yes, its okay to laugh) and it went well, i think i may have done well. Although my boy Taerim thought it was really hard, so i could have just been really confused. So that's about it...Comment please, i need some proper encouragement.
